In order to provide personalised services, Euro Vast S.p.A. asks the user to provide personal data. When the user signs up to a service Euro Vast S.p.A. provides the privacy policy required by law and requests the relevant consent. This is a fundamental and indispensable part of the sign up process. Data is collected and used pursuant to the regulations in Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (“Code on the protection of personal data”). The data controller is Euro Vast S.p.A. based in Via della Chiesa – Fraz. Toringo, 55012 Capannori(Lucca) in the person of Sole Administrator Vincenzo Romano. Consent to the processing of personal data is optional; if consent is not given the user may not be contacted for the purposes detailed in the policy and may not use personalised services. Data is processed using automated means and specific security measures are followed to prevent loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised use.

Unsubscribing from Euro Vast S.p.A. services and database
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Code, the user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of their data, to find out its content and origin, check its correctness, request the integration, updating, correction, cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of the data as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of their personal data.

Privacy of minors
Euro Vast S.p.A. urges users to preview the content of sites visited by minors. Users can help us to protect their children by reminding them to request parental permission before giving any information requested on this or any other site. We ask children under the age of 18 to read this document carefully with a parent or guardian, to ask for clarification if anything is unclear and to ask for permission from a parent or guardian before giving an email address or any other personal data to Euro Vast S.p.A. or any other site. Euro Vast S.p.A. does not require personal data to be able to access its websites.

Users can visit our websites without registering. Some of our sites do however contain special sections and privileges for registered users. The personal data requested usually consists of name and surname, address, email address and telephone number. We only share information about minors with external parties in accordance with this privacy policy.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses personal data to track and examine use of the application, compile reports and share them with other Google services.
